Jeasnn Team Learn How To CPR, First Aid
Last week we invited safety association personnel to show us how to first aid,We learned and did the exercises.

Life is very important, and our company has always put the safety and health of our employees first.

Our workmate-Emily try to perform artificial respiration.
Here is what we learned:

The main first aid methods: Applicable symptoms and operating procedures of CPR (English abbreviation: CPR): Cardiopulmonary resuscitation is mainly applicable to the following symptoms: when the patient suddenly appears unconscious, no breathing, no heartbeat. Under normal circumstances, acute illness, trauma, drowning, poisoning, electric shock, lightning strikes, etc. can cause people to have symptoms of no breathing and cardiac arrest. When these symptoms occur, first responders need to perform CPR on the injured. The procedure of CPR is as follows:

1. Safety assessment of the on-site environment: firstly, the injured can only be rescued if their own safety is ensured.

2. Determine whether the injured person is conscious or breathing: You can judge whether the injured person is awake by calling or patting the injured person. At the same time, you must judge whether the injured person is breathing by observing the chest enlargement and the undulation of the belly. . While confirming that the injured person is unconscious and not breathing, they should cry out for help so as to attract the attention of the surrounding people, so that more people can participate in the first aid, and you can designate someone to call the emergency number.

3. When the injured person's posture is not lying down, the injured person's posture should be straightened before the next emergency treatment can be performed.

4. Start cardiopulmonary resuscitation: first perform chest compressions, press the center of the chest 30 times at a frequency of 100-120 times per minute; then observe whether there is a foreign body in the mouth of the injured person. If there is a foreign body, first clean the mouth of the injured person. Then open the airway of the injured person, perform artificial respiration, and blow twice in 5-6 seconds.

5.After completing five cycles of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, observe whether the injured person recovers breathing and heartbeat. If there is still no breathing or heartbeat, continue to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation until the professional ambulance personnel arrive at the scene.
